This spices and seasonings set is perfect for anyone looking to make their own Viennese sausage at home. It contains a blend of mustard flour, paprika, coriander, ginger, chillies and lemon peel, as well as table salt, rice starch, sugar and spice extracts. Please note that this product may contain traces of celery, sesame and gluten.

To use this set, we recommend adding 4-6g of the mixture per kg of sausage mass. You should also use either table salt or nitrite curing salt, depending on your recipe. This 200g set is enough to make approximately 40kg of sausage mixture.
