Paint removal

The copper pans are painted on the outside, which needs to be removed before first use. Follow these instructions carefully:

1. Soak the pan in water and add sodium bicarbonate. Mix well.
2. Cook for 15 minutes and you'll see the lacquer layer separate from the pan.
3. Wash the utensil with soap and water and dry thoroughly. Use a special cleaning product to preserve the outer shine.
4. Remove any remaining paint with a cloth soaked in acetone.

Note: It is essential to remove all paint before using the utensil, as the heat of the oven will make it darken.
