Characteristics:

Storage:
Malt should be stored in a clean, cool (< 22°C) and dry (< 35% RH) area.

This Belgian brown malt is specially germinated and kilned at up to 110°C, making it a more toasted form of pale malt which gives a bitter flavour that mellows on ageing. Its intense flavours make it perfect for use in a diverse range of British beers, and it can be used up to 25% of the mix in pale ale beers, abbey beers, brown porters and special beers. Please note that this product contains gluten.
