CWP 300 V GREEN LINE is a professional appliance whose unique structural design is mainly intended for use in winemaking. In addition to cooling, the unit also has a built-in water heater. The unit allows manual switching between cooling and heating. Winemakers use this machine for cooling or fermenting wine. It can also be used for fermenting must. CWP 300 V GREEN LINE is equipped with a drain (valve for easy draining of water from the unit) and with a water level indicator for checking the water level.

WINE FERMENTATION AND COOLING - Possibility of use also for controlled fermentation of wine (technology cools the juice to the required temperature) or for freezing wines (precipitation and sedimentation of proteins and tartar).

HANDLING - The appliance is equipped with 4 wheels for easier handling.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL - stepless control via 2 digital thermostats in the temperature range from - 6 to + 40°C.

PROBE - CWP 300 V is equipped with an external sensor to switch the pump on and off, regulating the temperature in the wine tank.
